Here are a few of my favorite Synergies.

When blending oils, I find that letting your synergy sit for a day brings out the best aroma. so if one of the notes is a bit strong at first give it a day.

Happy Feet Essential Oil Blend

1 10ml Amber or Blue Glass Roller Bottle
20 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
10 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
5 Drops Sacred Frankincense Essential Oil
Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Fill your roller bottle almost to the bend in the roller bottle with your carrier oil leaving enough room to allow for the essential oils. Next add each oil, place your cap on tightly and give it a good shake. Enjoy!

Recommended use: Roll on the bottoms of your feet and massage into your feet. It can also be used to soothe sore joints due to arthritis. ENJOY!

Peppermint –  is purifying, cooling and stimulating to the conscience mind. May assist with arthritis and inflamtion as well as memory and mental performance.
Lavender – has traditionally been known to balance the body and to work wherever there is a need. It may help anxiety and mental clarity. It promotes health, love, peace and a general sense of well being.
Sacred Frankinsense – Is a holy oil in the Middle East. It is distilled from gum resin and was used anciently during religious ceremonies. It may help with aging, allergies, tension and assist with focus, energy and impatience.

Because Essential Oils are highly potent, it is recommended that you dilute your blends with a carrier oil. My favorites are Fractionated Coconut or JoJoba oil.

Citrus Sanitizing Spray

1 2oz PET bottle with spray cap
10 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
10 Drops of Orange Essential Oil
5 Drops of Bergamot
Witch Hazel

Add Essential Oils to your spray bottle, fill with Witch Hazel. Shake well. Because water and oil do not mix, the oils may float to the top therefore it is recommended that you shake well before each use

LEMON – is known to be useful as an antiseptic, anti fungal, and astringent. In addition, it promotes health, healing and physical energy.
Orange – May be used as an antiseptic, and may assist in relieving symptoms of bronchitis, colds and as immune support.
Bergamot – Historically Bergamot was used to cool and relieve fevers and protect against malaria. Other possible uses may be assisting with bronchitis and coughs. It is also commonly used to uplift moods and relieve anxiety.

My Favorite Inflammation Synergy
One 10 ml amber roller bottle
10 Drops Hyssop
10 Drops Ravintsara
10 Drops Eucalyptus
5 Drops Cedarwood
5 Drops Clove
5 Drops wild orange – (I use this as a top note to calm down the Eucalyptus because I do not like the aroma of Eucalyptus.)
5 Drops peppermint
Trauma Oil
Fractionated Coconut Oil

Fill your roller bottle with 50% Fractionated Coconut Oil and 50% Trauma Oil leaving enough room at the top for your oils. About 3/4 of the way. Add all the oils. If you have more room, you can add additional carrier oils at the top. Snap on the lid ensuring it is tight and shake well. Because there are so many oils in this blend it is good to let it sit for a day and shake again.

Anti-Bacterial Synergy

20 Drops each of Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Orange oils in a 5 ml roller bottle.

I use this Neat. Meaning full strength with no dilution. Do NOT use Neat on children. for a 5 ml bottle I recommend 2 drops each and fill with a carrier. test a small amount on the child first before using.

According to the Regional Medical Research Centre, (Indian Council of Medical Research), Bhubaneswar, India in an article published on the US National Library of MedicineNational Institutes of Health website, eucalyptus, peppermint and orange oils were effective against 22 different strains of bacteria.
